Heart touching story!!

If you are in relationship, married or not, you must read this article:

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.

She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.

She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.

She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside
the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.

I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.

Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you.

If you do, you just might save a marriage.
Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

A CHRIST-CENTERED MARRIAGE IS A MARRIAGE THAT IS SURE TO LAST A LIFETIME.

So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate. Matthew 19:6.

Today, we say that people are not gender biased. Almost equal respect and designation is given to both boys and girls. But still we can find many people (both in big cities and small towns) who believe that a family is complete only if there is a boy child in the family. People are ready to do anything, i mean it, anything to have a boy child. They pray to God (selfish people), take medical treatments (mean people), go for abortion if by chance its a girl child (ruthless). I was having a talk with one of my friend few days back and according to her " VANSH" is carried forward only through a boy child. But i have a question. Which 'vansh' we are talking about ?? My good friend has never even seen her grand father and she was not even aware of her village. All those who are reading this article, just question yourself if you know your grand grand father's name even. I am quite sure not more than 20% will know the answer. Don't worry I am also one of them. So big question is why do we guys kill a girl child before she is born ?? Just because of these handful stupid reasons. There is a beautiful poem on Indian girl who is asking her right for birth. It really touched my heart. I hope you will also like it:

Bharat ki beti...

Aaj bharat aazaad hai, agar aisa hai aapka vichaar,
To aazaad bharat ki beti kyun hain, aaj bhi lachaar???

Janni hai jo sanskriti ki, hai jo sabki sarjanhaar,
Use hi nahi mil pa raha aaj janam lene ka adhikaar???

Dudh piti nahi to kya, hai bhrun hatya ka vyabhichaar,
Kal ki mata ko aaj rondh dena, kahan ke yeh sanskaar???

Bharat ki beti ke tan par nahi, ho raha ruh par bhi balatkaar,
Aur kehte ho unnati-sheel hain hum, kaisa yeh vikaar???

Chand ko jeet liya jisne, us bharat ki beti gayi hai haar,
Aaj bhi nahi hone de raha, yeh samaj uske sapne sakaar???

Aankhon mein aanshu hai uske, dil mein gam beshumaar,
Aur jagat kehta hai, uske haalaat mein hai sudhaar???

Aaj bharat ki beti puch rahi, batado is baat ka saar,
Na rahungi jab main, kya chala paoge yeh sansaar???

11 useful tips for happy living !!!

These saying are taken from the spiritual congregations of Kamal Bir ji Maharaj....

1. Surrendering to the will of GOD by accepting all situations brings peace and tranquility in mind.

2. Lust, anger and greed are the roots causes of our self destruction. Constantly observe your thoughts to control them.

3. Patience elevates our soul. Tolerance enhances our patience. Patience is nectar while intolerance is poison.

4. Maintaining balance between two extremes i.e. Material and spiritual world. Follow MIDDLE PATH.

5. Accepting every situation in life brings peace and balance of mind.

6.Compassion and love are most essential for the transformation of life. Cultivate love to mend your life.

7.Goodness prolongs our life whereas evil shorten it.

8. Anger and hatred create negative mind and negative mind gives depression. Love creates positive mind and positive mind throws out depression. So always be positive.

9. Love and positivity are panacea of depression. Love is the solution of all problems.

10.Realising GOD in every being awakens our soul. Revolution in this world can only be brought by love as love is the most powerful weapon.

11.If you want transformation in life then stop immediate reaction to anything or situation. Reacting to any situation destroys harmony of life as it vitiates our mind. God guides your way when you don't react.

These are UNIVERSAL TRUTH. If you want to transform yourself and lead blissful life , one must adopt these saying in practical life.

Merry Christmas!!

This is the time to have lots of fun and enjoyment. It was indeed a great day . We (me,my hubby and my little daughter) went out for perfect dining and saw 3 idiots. This movie really rocks.Aamir Kahn, a perfectionist has proved himself in this movie. This movie reminds me my days in engineering college and it leaves a very sweet message for all the viewers.Later while roaming in the mall, i was fortunate enough to meet Indian cricketer Yuvra Raj Singh. I even got photograph clicked with him. Christmas is now celebrated in India as well...we can see Santa giving presents to kids and distributing cakes everywhere. All malls decorated and one huge Christmas tree that catches public attraction. Personally I love the months from Oct to Nov. Lots of reasons :1. Festive season. 2. My anniversary falls in this month 3. Me and my sweetheart landed on planet Earth in month of Nov and Dec resp.

I wish merriest of Christmas to everyone, and wish everyone to lead a happy and prosperous life in the coming year ahead.I hope you all have enjoyed a wonderful time enjoying Christmas and I pray to God to have every hour a happy hour to everyone. God Bless All.

Faith: Relation between GOD and Me

I have received this mail. And believe me its worth reading. I am sure you'll enjoy reading it...Here it goes........

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with God, The Almighty.
He asks one of his new students to stand and.....

Prof:
So you believe in God?

Student:
Absolutely, sir.

Prof
: Is God good?

Student:
Sure.

Prof:
Is God all-powerful?

Student
: Yes..

Prof:
My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him.
Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm? size=2>
(Student is silent.)

Prof:
You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?

Student:
Yes.

Prof:
Is Satan good?

Student
: No.

Prof:
Where does Satan come from?

Student:
From....God...

Prof:
That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?

Student:
Yes.

Prof:
Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?

Student:
Yes.

Prof:
So who created evil?
(Student does not answer.)

Prof:
Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?

Student:
Yes, sir.

Prof:
So, who created them?
(Student has no answer.)

Prof:
Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you.
Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?

Student:
No, sir.

Prof:
Tell us if you have ever heard your God?

Student:
No, sir.

Prof:
Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?

Student:
No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.

Prof:
Yet you still believe in Him?

Student:
Yes.

Prof:
According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn't exist.
What do you say to that, son?

Student:
Nothing. I only have my faith.

Prof:
Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student:
Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Prof:
Yes.

Student:
And is there such a thing as cold?

Prof:
Yes.

Student:
No sir. There isn't.
(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student
: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat..
But we don't have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't
go any further after that.
There is no such thing as cold .. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat
.. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it .
(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student:
What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof:
Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student :
You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright
light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In
reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?

Prof:
So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student:
Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof:
Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student:
Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought.. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is
not the opposite of life: just the absence of it.
Now tell me, Professor.Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof:
If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student:
Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student:
Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher? (The class is in uproar.)

Student:
Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?
(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student
: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir.
With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?
(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable.

Prof:
I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student:
That is it sir... The link between Man & God is FAITH .. That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

NB: I believe you have enjoyed the conversation....and if so...you'll probably want your friends/colleagues to enjoy the same...won't you?....
this is a true story, and the

student was none other than.............
